Inspired by PaBalito’s father Pablo – this pizza combines the temperamental, but delicious notes of garlic with the smooth creaminess of butter. Add a hefty amount of old-world sausage and spicy scallions and top it with freshly shredded mozzarella and parsley seasoning! Pleasing to the palate and the eye…perfecto!

Pepperoni Pieces & Slices Pizza

PaBilito loved his pepperoni! So, he created a masterpiece using lightly seasoned fresh pack tomatoes topped with pepperoni slices, then added pieces of pepperoni for more flavor and texture. After an abundance of freshly shredded mozzarella cheese, he added more sliced pepperoni. It is a beautiful sight and wonderful to eat!!

Meat Lover’s Pizza

Pablo always told his son that just putting paint on canvas does not create a painting. There must be inspiration and purpose! PaBilito set out to create the same for your palette. He started with the perfect sauce using fresh pack tomatoes lightly seasoned with his favorite spices. He then added an abundant amount of his favorite meats. Slices of pepperoni, chunks of old-world style sausage, large pieces of diced ham, and of course bacon pieces. All in and around freshly shredded mozzarella. PaBilito learned from the master!

Deluxe Pizza

Expect the unexpected was Pablo’s maxim. PaBilito took this to heart when he created his Deluxe pizza. He eschewed the obvious red sauce and started with a savory garlic-infused olive oil for a base. Healthy and delicious! Then it was pepperoni, old world sausage, covered by freshly shredded mozzarella. Now the toppings; mushrooms, onions, and of course red and green peppers. Beautiful and delicious.

Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza

PaBilito was experimenting with several flavors and found Ranch dressing. Buttermilk, sour milk, and lots of flavorings like garlic and pepper, among others. Add garlic-seasoned chicken strips and white meat, topped with freshly shredded mozzarella and the finale – bacon pieces!! A joy to behold and enjoy!

Chicken Alfredo Pizza

PaBilito’s grandfather Ruiz had an issue with tomatoes, surprisingly given he was from Genoa. So PaBilito created the "beautiful pizza" as he called it, especially for him. The Alfredo sauce is a combination of rich cream, and just a hint of parmesan topped with garlic season chicken strips and white meat. He then simply topped all that flavor with freshly shredded mozzarella and parsley seasoning. This was Ruiz’s favorite!

Korean BBQ Pizza

Italian’s have had a long history with Korea dating back to Marco Polo’s travels in the 13th century. It is no surprise then that Pabilito did not look any further than the spicy but sweet Korean BBQ sauce for his next masterpiece! Beginning with this ruby-red sauce he added garlic chicken strips and white chicken topped with fresh scallions, and then freshly shredded mozzarella cheese. Last but not least, he added fresh cilantro and sesame seeds for flavor and crunch! The diplomats never created anything so pleasing to the eye and exciting to the mouth!

Mediterranean Style Veggie Pizza

The Greeks have a long history of food that has worked its way into Italian cooking. PaBilito’s favorite was feta cheese/sauce. Using this sauce as a base, he added fire-roasted sweet peppers and pepperoncini peppers for just a little spice and sweetness. With freshly shredded mozzarella and then more feta cheese and some kalamata olives, black olives and fresh sliced red onions…the flavors explode in your mouth!

Basil Pesto Extreme Pizza

PaBilito’s cousin Vitto hailed from Genoa. He taught PaBilito how to create the visually exciting and delicious sauce he called Basil Pesto. This sauce included crushed garlic, coarse salt, basil leaves, hard cheese such as Parmesan, all blended with olive oil. Beginning with this sauce PaBilito added his favorite sausage, onions, and freshly shredded mozzarella cheese. He topped the fresh cheese with delicious mushrooms, sliced green olives, and basil for more flavor and color. The perfect combination of savory and tart...his favorite!

Country Breakfast Pizza
12” Thick Crust Pizza | 1 lb. 10 oz. (26.0 oz., 764 g)
PaBilito never could get enough food for breakfast so he decided to create his own. Based on the traditional Italian breakfast of rolls he started with a flakey, but crispy thick crust. This is where his imagination ran wild. He borrowed his great grandmother Rosa’s country gravy recipe. With this, he added breakfast sausage, ham, and eggs topped with both fresh mozzarella and cheddar cheeses. The crowning addition was bacon pieces. PaBilito always started his day with a visually pleasing and tasting treat!
